Prague

www.fortheloveofprague.com the homepage of Gene Deitch, animator of world class talent who somehow hung out in the Czech Republic for thirty years through the Communist times, doing his stuff for Hollywood.

Gene is the formost expert on Prague and the Czech Republic. His book of personal remembrances, For the Love of Prague, is a must read. But beyond that, his is the essential site for information about Prague, listing every conceivable point of interest for the tourist or expat resident.

Writing

www.theonion.com the website for satire at its best and a bundle of current event mis-information in that genre.

xlibris.com the place you used to be able to publish for free. It's not free anymore, but a pretty good resource for self publishing and POD (Print On Demand).
