Punk Haircut

The skinny kid, Punk haircut spiked in green
who says look at me
I'm rough
I'm tough
and in your face
Grew up
while we were hardly looking

International now, a star it seems
of subway gas
and letter bombs
still rough
still tough
still in your face
and we've begun to notice

Anonymous these days and faceless
in the most brutal
meaning of the term
playing the stage of CNN
as a hundred million catch their breath
and Punk haircuts
suddenly don't seem so dangerous
